Open Pulpits
Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, it is the desire of Northern New England Presbytery to be a blessing to the people of our region wherever the opportunity for Gospel ministry arises. As an important part of this vision, we seek to fill open pulpits of congregations of the historic New England church with ministers and candidates for ministry from our presbytery on both a temporary and long-term basis. It is our hope that such men would be used by God for the renewal and reformation of the church by proclaiming and living out the Gospel with integrity and that a willing people would be called to worship the true and living God within these congregations.
College Ministry
Although the PCA and Orthodox Presbyterian Church are involved in campus ministry at the University of Southern Maine (Portland) and the University of New Hampshire (Durham), there are currently no Reformed University Fellowship ministries in northern New England. We eagerly desire to work with RUF and other campus ministry organizations to be a blessing to the college students of our region. We are especially interested in being involved at these schools:
University of Vermont (Burlington, VT)
Middlebury College (Middlebury, VT)
Bates College (Lewiston, ME)
Bowdoin College (Brunswick, ME)
Colby College (Waterville, ME)
University of Maine-Augusta (Augusta, ME)
